The first decade of my career was dedicated to providing school-based therapy to children and families in both day treatment and public school settings. During this time, I built a strong foundation in child development, behavioral support, and family systems, and discovered a lifelong passion for social justice and family wellness. These values, along with my highly sensitive nature, continue to guide and ground my work.
My own complex journey into motherhood offered me a deeper understanding of the challenges new parents face. This experience inspired me to become certified in Perinatal Mental Health, allowing me to offer informed, compassionate support to mothers during this tender and transformative time.
I specialize in supporting women through some of the most difficult and profoundly transformative phases of their lives. Times of transition often awaken old patterns and beliefs that no longer serve us. In our work together, I gently help uncover these outdated narratives, nurture more affirming ways of seeing yourself, and support reconnection with the wisdom of the body—where your deeper truth resides.
With advanced clinical training in trauma treatment modalities including Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I offer an integrative, trauma-informed approach tailored to the unique needs beneath the symptoms—fostering meaningful and lasting change.
I’m a lifelong learner, continually seeking out training, consultation, and self-study to provide the best service possible to my clients. Outside of my work, I'm often volunteering at my children’s school or exploring the outdoors - camping, hiking, and adventuring with my husband, two kids, and our dog.
