1 in 4 birthing mothers experience a perinatal mood disorder and no mother should have to carry it alone. I'm honored to support mothers during pregnancy and postpartum to increase their sense of safety, confidence, and balance during this tender time.

Motherhood has a way of bringing old wounds to the surface and challenging us to grow along with our children. I work with moms to address various traumas that can impact our ability to parent peacefully and intentionally. Nothing could be more important than re-claiming your authentic self and a joyful connection to your family.

Adolescence is a time of deep transformation for girls. It's a challenge to discover and honor who you are amidst so many pressures.

In close collaboration with parents, I work with teens to identify and address underlying needs and explore identity in a safe non-judgmental space. Together, we build self-esteem, social connection, and school success.

I've been an approved clinical supervisor with the Board of Behavioral Sciences since 2014. I love working with therapists from a wide variety of clinical modalities to support unique strengths and create a fulfilling clinical practice.
