Fees and Info

Sessions are typically 50-60 minutes long and once a week. Depending on the nature of our work and progress on therapeutic goals, session length and frequency may be increased or decreased to accommodate your needs.

My office is centrally located in Mission Valley, where I offer both Telehealth and in-person services.

My rate per 50-60 minute session is $175. I accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA plans. Fees are charged at the time of service.

I'm an in-network provider with Lyra and Cigna/Evernorth.

If you do not have a Lyra or Cigna/Evernorth insurance plan, I recommend that you contact your insurance carrier to explore possible reimbursement rates. Many plans will cover a percentage of out-of-network mental health providers. I would be happy to provide you with an invoice/Superbill to facilitate this process.
